Copay Assistance Program
The Assistance Fund Co-Pay Assistance program provides eligible patients with financial assistance to cover certain out-of-pocket costs associated with their drug therapy. Eligible patients may also receive conditional approval to initiate therapy quickly while working with The Assistance Fund to complete an application for assistance. Our co-pay assistance programs are supported by an innovative tracking system that interfaces with the patient’s dispensing pharmacy to improve efficiency. Please note: Copy of most recent federal tax return (if filed), statements of social security benefits (if you or your household members collect Social Security Benefits) and copies of insurance cards front and back are required documentation.
Funding Allocation Status
Funding is currently available for new Idiopathic Parkinson’s Disease copay patients. At this time, funding for all other disease states have been exhausted. Please check back frequently for updates.
Premium Assistance Program
The Assistance Fund Premium Assistance Program assists those who have health insurance but need help with the cost of their individual insurance premiums. The program is designed to assist patients that are diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) who elect to pay out-of-pocket for private, independent or COBRA insurance coverage.
